Job Title: (Technical) Helpdesk Engineer (STEM only)
Sector: IT Software

(Technical) Helpdesk Engineer Role:
  • Support all external customers with product knowledge and expertise.
  • Provide solutions to customers in a timely fashion for issues that may arise within the company’s core technology portfolio.
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
  • Log and track support queries in the helpdesk system.
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until the issue is resolved.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and/or vendor partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Brief customers as well as management on the status of current resolution efforts and attend daily/weekly meetings as requested or required.
  • Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and FAQ’s to assist with end user issues.
(Technical) Helpdesk Engineer:
  • Educated to degree level (Any STEM degree)
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
