This is a brand new role for an expanding company; if you want to come and grow within a company with exciting opportunities then this is the role for you! Duties include:Develop, implement, maintain, and update the company Integrated Management System to ensure compliant with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001and legislative changes both internally and for all site-based works. Complete annual reviews and update of portals for certifications held to include CHAS, Safecontractor, Constructionline, Avetta, Ariba Network, Altius and CBRE.Maintaining and updating individual client portals to ensure continual compliance Ensure that the managements system is audited at required intervals and host external party audits to include Sedex, Considerate Constructors and other ISO auditsSet company HSQE objectives and targets including implementing necessary actions to meet targets set and monitor to ensure continual compliance and improvement. Review and promote internal and external feedback and action accordinglyQuality check works completed by Genco and provided to Genco for continual improvementMonitor and implement new client processesPrepare PQQ and tender requests from potential clients upon requestManage all new client accounts to ensure that a process can be implemented within the ISO system which meets the client requirements and sets out the process including the use of client specific systems. To identify any client specific training needs or other HSQE requirements and arrange as necessary or allocate to HS&E ManagerMonitoring of legislative changes, maintaining internal legal register and action any changes required to meet new or amended legal requirements. Ensure that all non-conformances identified are recorded, fully, investigated including collating and actioning close out action. Maintaining, monitoring, and reviewing of NCR register to ensure trending is up to date and accurate. Monitoring and reviewing of supplier / subcontractor performance and annual reviewsAnalyse, evaluate, and summarise outcomes of all implemented procedures for reporting for Management ReviewRegularly review internal processes and procedures and make amendments where necessaryCarry out new employee inductions, review training needs and implement role specific processes where requiredEnsure that works are completed within the specified time limits paying close attention to client's KPI'sExperience: Excellent knowledge and understanding of the principles of:The operation of integrated Business Management Systems.Quality Management Systems and relevant ISO 9001 standards.Health and Safety Management Systems and relevant ISO 45001 standards.Environmental Management Systems and relevant ISO 14001 standards.Information Security Management Systems and relevant ISO 27001 standards.Collaborative Business Relationship Management Systems and relevant ISO 44001 standards.Excellent knowledge and understanding of Construction operations including Project Management, Quality Control and Assurance, Safe Systems of Work and elements of Commercial Management.Lead Auditor qualification desired.
