Technical support analyst - £28,000 to £32,000

A leading tech business based in Birmingham is looking for a technical support analyst to join their infrastructure & support team. They are a cutting edge organisation and are continuously using the latest tech which you will be exposed to.

In the position you will be providing 2nd line support to the users throughout the business, both face to face and over the phone. You will be dealing with escalated requests from the service desk including diagnosing desktop, application, network and infrastructure issues. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in research and development to get an understanding of emerging tech that could have a positive impact on the business.

As the successful candidate you will have the below experience and skills in:



* Networking (Switches, Routing & Firewalls)
* Cisco CCNA certification would be good
* Microsoft - Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, MDT)
* Exchange Online & Office 365
* Windows 10 (MCSE or MCITP would be advantageous).
* Virtualization (VMWare) and shared storage
