In partnership with Philips Healthcare, Randstad are pleased to be advertising for the role of dental sales support representative, initially fixed term until the end of 2019. Philips Healthcare is a globally recognised healthcare and technology brand with modern offices, and excellent training.

Working Hours and Pay Rate:



* Monday to Friday, 08:30AM to 16:30PM and 09:30AM to 17:30PM - Weekly rotation
* 5 hours PER WEEK
* £11.79 PER HOUR
* PLUS quarterly bonus

Responsibilities:



* Maintaining professional communication during phone calls, and written communications in line with company expectations and values
* Management and re-direction of incoming calls from customers regarding product and warranty queries
* Completion of associated administration, with great attention to detail including call notes, query resolution and scheduling follow up calls.
* Excellent customer service provision, dealing with the investigation and resolution of customer requests and queries.
* Building and maintaining relationships with dental professionals in order to sell Philips Oral Healthcare products to dental practices.
* Set objectives for each call, to focus on success and maximising business plans,
* In order to support the sales of the products, your training will include product, usage and market educations, you should demonstrate this knowledge within your role.
* Generate new sales, encourage repeat sales by working with internal business managers.

Requirements:



* Strong communication skills including verbal and presentation
* Experience of Microsoft Office application
* Relationship and stakeholder management ability
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Confidence to handle complex situations
* The ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time well
