Purpose of the Telesales Executive

To effectively and efficiently build relationships, create further opportunities from leads, advertising prospects for services and solutions and explaining why we want to arrange to meet with them. You will be responsible for obtaining core information from a prospect about their current insurance arrangements. This is vital to business growth and how a prospect can turn into a client in the future.

This role is perfect for somebody who wants develop their career and have a clear outlined progression route within a corporate sales environment.

Job Responsibilities

* Undertake day to day lead generation (majority of leads are all warms leads)
* Lead qualification
* Pipeline management
* Building and maintaining relationships with prospects as well as internal sales executive and the business development team
* Prepare marketing correspondence and deliver as part of the company campaign strategy
* Create and maintain all internal systems to capture all relevant data
* Reporting the outcomes of campaigns back to management and managing productivity of a campaign
* Deliver as part of the team to agreed key performance requirements
* Ensure that all statutory an company regulations are followed to protect prospects and the business


* Previous B2B sales experience
* Experience in outbound/ inbound calls
* Excellent communication skills
* Confident when talking to all prospects over the phone
* Lead generating experience would be advantageous
* Good IT skills, conversant in all Microsoft Office application
* Well organised
* Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Wants career progression
