Responsibilities
* Referring to relevant documentation to assess the needs of the residents.
* Monitoring children's progression.
* Helping with daily tasks around the residence.
* Activities with the service users inside and outside the residence.
* An understanding of challenging behaviour and a therapeutic response
* Participating in regular training to further your knowledge.
* Providing support and companionship.
* Providing person-centred care.


Requirements
* Experience is essential
* Available to work long shifts
* Some form of care qualification
