As an effective Trainee Account Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

Recruitment / Resourcing:



* To fully utilise all available tools to source candidates (including Randstad database, CV searching, social media, job boards mailshots, flyers and headhunting)
* To screen all applicants in line with recruitment process (Eligibility, Qualifications, etc)
* To telephone interview required candidates to identify candidate's suitability and skills to match appropriately to client requirements

Client Management:



* Work with our clients (universities, colleges) to best support their disabled students.
* Manage and respond to all client queries in a timely and confident manner.
* Manage client expectations and provide service updates where appropriate.
* Identifying additional opportunities within our client base and how Randstad can further support them.

Organising Student's Support:



* You will have full responsibility for a cohort of students
* Understanding the needs of students requiring additional support at university
* Organising all aspects of support for a group of students at a particular university, including matching students to a support worker, and checking student satisfaction / monitoring feedback
