Our vibrant Construction, Property and Engineering office is in search of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.  

This award-winning London office is a 2-minute walk from Mansion House Station (EC4R 1BN).

Partnering with one of London’s top billers, you will become an industry expert within office support recruitment, recruiting such positions as Document Controllers, Office Managers, Site Administrators, Personal Assistants, Commercial Administrators for some of the largest and most recognised names in construction.  You will run your own desk with an existing client base, covering both permanent and temporary recruitment.

Construction, Property and Engineering contribute to more than 50% of the group’s annual profit and holds some of Randstad’s biggest billers. Our lucrative commission structure means you have the potential to fill your back pocket from day dot!

Covering nearly every discipline within the Construction, Property and Engineering industry both in England and internationally, we pride ourselves on our enviable client list, broad range of services to clients and long-standing track record of success. What I am looking for:

  • Experience in sales is desirable but not essential.
  • Degree educated or high A-levels.
  • Confidence.
  • Well presented.
  • Well spoken.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Charisma.
  • Tenacity.
  • Intelligence. 
  • An in-depth knowledge and passion for the industry with a desire to learn.
  • Motivated to be the best.
  • Hard working.

The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

  • Partner with your clients to add top talent to their business.
  • Source and screen candidates – telephone and face to face.
  • Market mapping using various tools.
  • Headhunting – tapping into the ‘off market’ candidates.
  • Research – Understanding your sector and market trends.
  • Meet and greet clients.
  • Generate new business.
