Shadowing the main teacher, you will learn new techniques and skills in the CABAS curriculum which focuses on the understanding of Autism and speech and language needs. With this experience, you will learn how to effectively support students to progress to the next level of learning through interactive and practical sessions.

Job responsibilities:
- Shadow the main teacher to understand the structure of each lesson and how to support each student
- Work alongside main teacher to ensure that all students are following educational health care plans
- Participate in all activities and training sessions provided
- Complete workbooks and extra training courses
- Assist therapy teams and outsourced companies to ensure students are motivated and engaged in sessions


Key requirements:
- Experience of Nursing, SEN Education, Support Work or Youth Worker
- Own means of transport
- Open to training opportunities
