Theoretical and Classroom-based training will be provided over several sessions per week to help you develop your understanding of Autism and speech and language needs.

Your responsibilities:
* Participate in all theoretical and physical activities
* Shadow the teacher to gain an understanding of appropriate teaching styles
* Support the teacher with IEP and planning/evaluation activities and help to write reports and records when required
* Supervise students throughout day-to-day activities
* Attend weekly meetings and training courses

Ideal candidates for the school will have:
* Experience with SEN, care, nursing or support work
* A commitment to safeguarding
* Their own means of transport
* A positive and flexible attitude
* The ability to work off their own initiative
