Randstad are looking for an experienced Tutor to work in a primary school setting focusing on Year 1 and Year 5 students based in the Birmingham area. Our client schools thrive on supporting pupils to reach their full potential. The schools pride themselves in providing a wonderful learning environment for both staff and students. You will be joining a team very dedicated to providing the best opportunities for the pupils.

Your duties as an Tutor:

Work on a 1:1 or group basis with pupils in a primary setting
Assisting the students with their learning needs
Supporting students to understand new concepts and learning strategies
Completion of daily records for pupils
Flexibility to complete a personalised learning plan

What is required to be a Tutor?

Have experience of working with students within an educational setting

Patience
Empathy
Active listening
Communication strategies
