· Constantly develop the craft of UX & UI, pushing the creativity and innovation in our work.

· Produce a range of artefacts from sketches, wireframes, prototypes, through to site maps, user flows and interface design.

· Have a strong focus on quality and timely delivery.

· Present your ideas to a varied audience from senior marketing execs to technical architects and developers.

· This role is heavily client-facing.

Key Skills

· UX analysis skills such as - Analytics analysis, Competitor Analysis, Structural review and auditing, User research.

· Workshopping to define user personas, user flows, prioritisation of features and content.

· Experience of rapidly sketching, scamping concepts and making wireframe prototypes.

· Producing formal UX and deliverables to a high standard of polish within a structured proposal.

· Able to use the usual design and prototyping software to a high standard (Such as: Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, Invision, Axure, Omnigraffle, Sublime/Atom, Powerpoint, pen and paper) + any you can introduce us to.

· Exemplary and creative storytelling with strong, clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal).

· Willing to learn new tools as needed.

About You

· You are delightfully non-ego driven.

· You are full of energy and passion for what you do.

· You are constantly learning by teaching yourself and challenging your own and thinking.

· You make others around you better by consciously teaching and unconsciously inspiring.

· You have a strong work ethic, are well organised, can manage complexity across multiple projects.

· You have an eye for detail and 'good enough' never is.

· You are an exceptional communicator.

· You are collaborative, friendly, 'hunchy' with bags of initiative.
