Randstad Care is recruiting for a support worker who has an experience of working with visually impaired youth. This role is based on a fantastic campus and offers the ideal candidate with fantastic opportunities to assist with on-site practical swimming activities.

The shifts available are Monday - Friday 8 AM - 18:00 PM or 16:00 PM - 22:00 PM. There is also the opportunity to work weekend shifts of 8 AM - 18:00 PM or 18:00 - 22:00 PM. As this job role is based in a residential setting, candidates may also be required to work waking nights, with shift times of 22:00 PM - 07:00 AM.

Responsibilities;



* Provide a high quality of personal care
* To assist the young adults in swimming activities & other outings.
* To take care of residents welfare
* Administer medication
* Being an inspiration to the vulnerable clients and assure they achieve their full potential

Requirements;



* 6 months of experience in a relevant position
* Passion for health and social care
* NVQ or relevant qualification in Health and Social care
* Motivated mindset while working on-the-job
* A can-do attitude
