    Randstad are working with specialist Children's Homes within the Surrey and Sussex Borders. Each home is set in a rural location and offers a comfortable homely environment for young males aged 13-18 years.

    We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and experienced Waking Night worker to join our friendly and professional staff team. Experienced candidates must possess a minimum of 12 months relevant experience and ideally possess Level 3 Diploma in Caring for Young People and Children.

    The School is committed to providing outstanding outcomes for the young people and encouraging them to achieve to their highest potential. We provide a safe environment for them to build positive relationships and empower them to face issues from their past and look towards the future.

    If you feel that you could use your skills to support this work through creating a caring environment allowing for a range of opportunities and life experiences for the young people, challenge unacceptable behaviour, provide firm boundaries and provide care which meets the needs of the individual. Then we want to hear from you.

    Hours are 10pm - 9am working five days on and five off. Salary UP TO £12 PER HOUR DEPENDENT ON QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPEREINCE
