We are currently recruiting for a warehouse team leader for our large electrical manufacturing client based in Leeds (LS10). Support Health and Safety representatives. Ensure all personnel is H&S conscious and fully aware of their obligations.To motivate staff, monitor, control, and report upon the delivery performance of the production area.To strive to deliver cost-effective improvements into the efficiency of the production area and provide evidence of such improvements.To mentor and encourage all team members to achieve their full potential for the benefit of the individual and the business.In order to ensure skills are available to meet the present and future needs of the department, determine and, implement as agreed with Process Manager, training requirement for staff.
