Flexible working Hours:
- Various Shifts Available, dependant on department you work in: 05:30-13:30, 06:00-1400, 07:00-14:00, 15:00-22:00, 14:00-22:00 21.30-05.30, 22:00-06:00
- Full time hours available, working any 5 out of 7 days, including weekends..
Competitive Pay:
- Starting at £12.15 per hour, rising to £12.69 after 12 weeks, plus £1.95 shift allowance for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00.
- Enhanced weekend rate of an additional £1.65 per hour.
- Overtime: Paid every 4 weeks.
Productivity bonus: Up to £20 extra per shift.
What You'll Do:
- Work in a bustling warehouse for a major UK supermarket, playing a key role in ensuring the picking of items like alcohol, meats, milk, yoghurts, juices, and other food products to keep the shelves stocked for stores around the UK.
- Maintain high standards of product quality.
- Collaborate with your team and flexibly move between departments as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Comfortable working in a cold environment (3-5 degrees) for part or all of your shift.
- Ability to lift up to 20kg.
- Available to work 5 shifts a week, including weekends.
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
- Adaptable and eager to learn, with training opportunities in different areas.
- Full training provided, including the chance to learn to use Low-Level Order Pickers (LLOP) or Powered Pallet Trucks (PPT).
