Website Manager

Are you an experienced website manager who is looking for a great temp opportunity in the North Bristol area?

Salary: £12.97-£15.02

Hours: 37 a week (flexible)

Job Role:

 Act as point of contact for the website for all stakeholders and Webstars between now and end March
 Manage the site security changes ie Penetration testing , web certificate etc and ensure that the work is
carried out satisfactorily
 Liaise with stakeholders to agree the proposed site updates
 Liaise with site users within the sector as necessary, communicating necessary changes, site maintenance
etc
 Carry out necessary cosmetic and content changes to the website as agreed with stakeholders between
now and March.
 Undertake necessary site checks following updates and ensure site is functioning correctly
 Act as point of contact for site users following updates etc
 Collect and analyse user analytics to support future development of the site

Experience Required:


 Working on website design and maintenance
 Working with web contractors and website security
 Experience of using website analytics
 Managing own workload and prioritising work to meet deadlines
 Able to work independently
 Ability to maintain attention to detail

Key Skills:

 Able to manage own workload, resolve competing demands and adopt new procedures quickly
 Manage discrete areas of work and work independently
 Follow set processes and instructions reliably and accurately

 Write clear and accurate communications, suitable for an internal or external audience
 Respond to queries and act as a point of contact for end users
 Able to update stakeholders regarding progress and escalate queries where appropriate

Qualifications:

 GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths
 Degree or equivalent experience
