Are you a meticulous and experienced Welsh Speaking Customer Services Representative with experience in dealing with a high volume of inbound calls? RESPONSIBILITIES:

Taking a high volume of inbound calls

Answering questions based on all service areas of the council

Working with multiple systems to support telephone queries

Taking payments and making adjustments

Providing a unique support function to all service users

Handling complaints

SKILLS REQUIRED:

You must be a Welsh speaker - this is essential

You must have resilience to difficult situations

You must be comfortable working across multiple systems

You must have experience of working in a high volume and fast paced inbound call centre. You must have an excellent telephone manner
