Have you been working in a carpentry or multi skilled trade role and want to utilise your skills in a supervisory role?

On behalf of a highly reputable local contractor, we are looking for a Working Foreman / Site Supervisor to work on a diverse range of refurbishment projects.

Duties will include:



* Setting up multi skilled trades in securing works for the day
* undertaking carpentry or general trades duties when required
* Supervising other contractors and direct trades
* Liaising with the client about requirements
* Updating the visiting Contracts Manager on progress or delays

Projects are typically on commercial or school establishments and a DBS (criminal record) may be required.

CSCS or SMSTS/SSSTS is preferred.

The successful candidate will be provided with a company vehicle so a full UK driving license is essential. Most work is within a 30 mile radius of Luton
