Workstream Site Coordinator


Up to £42,000

Our leading National Housing Association client has an exciting position for a proven Workstream Site Coordinator to join a very successful team in London.

Your duties will be:

* Predominantly contractor and site based role carrying out inspections on quality, quantity and programme and standard ensuring operational delivery, resident satisfaction and that value for money solutions are delivered within the standard and inspection across capital and revenue work programmes.
* Positive and focused approach to deliver great services for residents.
* Being a point of support for the Technical Admin team and giving them direction and taking the lead where required to achieve team targets and objectives.
* Holding contractors to account for programme delivery on time, cost, quality, health and safety and customer satisfaction
* Drive a value for money culture in the team and with contractors.
* Be a self starter and initiator for problem solving within your service area.
* Work alongside the technical administration team to deliver compliant and robust solutions across all revenue and capital work streams.
* Overseeing contractor on day to day basis monitoring time, cost, quality, health and safety and customer satisfaction delivery.
* Ensure that consistent standards and specifications are applied across the work streams and where appropriate enhanced service standards and specifications are developed and signed off by the Executive Management Team.
* Ensure residents are adequately consulted about the level and quality of services provided and other related matters.

If you are interested in joining their team you first must:

* Requirement to have full UK driving licence
* Good IT skills -experience of databases, and Microsoft Office packages.
Adherence to the financial procedures and processes.
* Flexible availability with the ability to attend meetings/events at evenings and weekends as required.
* Working knowledge of Section 20, CDM, Asbestos and all other regulations relating to the delivery of planned and revenue programmes of work.
* Well developed communication skills, and ability to communicate with different audiences tailoring the communication to suite the situation.
* Able to build and sustain working relationships with key stakeholders.
* Good planning, organising and priorisation skills.

Full driving licence required
