This vibrant, modern and creative school in Coulsdon is looking for an engaging Year 1 teacher to join their dedicated team. This school offers a whole encompassing education including forest school and currently welcomes 380 pupils. The school prides itself on offering a community and welcoming ethos. This position is part of a long-standing job share and would be covering a maternity cover. This role is needed from January 2019 for the remainder of the academic year and is a 2.5 day a week role (Wednesday-Friday). Learners within this school are given every opportunity through an enriched and pupil specific education including exceptional extracurricular activities/clubs. ● Teaching Qualification
● Relevant teaching experience (Must be able to provide 2 teaching references)
● Relevant knowledge of the current national curriculum
● Eligibility to work in the UK

● Providing engaging and interactive lessons
● Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events
● Planning and preparing all subjects within the current national curriculum
