You'll play a pivotal role in supporting a Year 3 student with global developmental delay. The child benefits from a bespoke timetable incorporating sensory breaks, ensuring a holistic approach to learning and well-being. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing dedicated 1:1 support, focusing on the child's individual needs and fostering their development.
• Assisting the class teacher in creating and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and managing challenges with patience and empathy.
• Building a trusting relationship with the child, offering both emotional and academic guidance.
• Monitoring and documenting progress, sharing insights with teachers and parents to ensure consistent support.
• Adapting to bespoke learning approaches, including sensory breaks, to enhance the child's overall experience.
