This lively Church of England school based in Haywards Heath is looking for a flexible Year 3 to join their current primary team. With modern classrooms, a computer suite and an extensive outdoor space this is the perfect school to encourage progress in all areas of learning. With the intention of creating independent learners who have a life long love of learning teachers are encouraged to deliver exciting, enriching and challenging lessons in line with Christian values and ethos. Ideally the chosen candidate will be adaptable in and outside the classroom with ensuring every child's continued progress. The school is looking for someone who will be able to demonstrate initiative when delivering lesson plans that engage each child to be the best that they can be. This role is due to start in January for the term with the potential to become permanent.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exiting and creative lessons that reach every child
- Keep up to date records
- Ensure all teaching supports the schools mission statement
- Ensuring clear communication between the primary team as well as parents

Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Relevant qualifications (QTS, PGCE)
- Previous work experience within KS1
- Understanding of KS1 curriculum
- Up to date DBS on the update service
- References for the last 5 years
