The ideal person for them will be a representative of the school values and display these in all their teaching, contributing to each child's social and academic education. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt lessons based on the pupil's ability in order to encourage each individual child's continued progress. They are looking for a team player who will fit well into the school's community and will contribute to the safe, secure and caring environment.
