Foot Mobile Fabric Technician
We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading maintenance contractors who are looking for an experienced fabric engineer to work on a foot mobile basis covering a portfolio of sites in the W1 and WC1 postcodes.
Duties:
- General maintenance duties
- Basic plumbing
- Painting
- Carpentry (hanging doors, changing locks)
- Office moves
- Replacing floor boxes
- Lamping
- Emergency light testing
Package:
- £37,000 - £40,000 (dependant on experience)

This is a highly corporate role and very client facing role so a professional attitude is a must.
