What you'll do:
- Collaborate with teachers to support student groups.
- Provide regular feedback on student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Address students' personal needs, including minor first aid, and offer guidance on pastoral, social, health, physical hygiene, and welfare matters.
- Maintain open communication with teachers, caregivers, and parents to monitor students' development.
- Work with students individually or in small groups to enhance their learning experience.
- Serve as a positive role model for both students and colleagues.
What you'll need:
- Previous experience working with children.
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with children.
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).
- An enhanced child DBS (assistance provided if required).
- Proficiency in behavior and classroom management.
- Patience to assist students in understanding lessons and participating in planned activities.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
