Are you an experienced Facilities Maintenance professional with a strong electrical background? We are currently seeking a proactive and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technical Supervisor to join a reputable company on a mobile basis covering Bristol and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing technical guidance and support.
- Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Complete administrative tasks related to maintenance activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong electrical bias.
- Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds 2365, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations).
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Full UK driving license.
