Main Objectives:
1. Manage the day to day operation of the Hotel Finance department.
2. Maintain and implement standard operating processes and procedures within the department and throughout the business.
3. Ensure management information is relevant and accurate.
4. Supervise finance team members in an efficient manner.
5. Represent the department responsibly both within and outside the business.
6. Provide financial acumen to maintain and improve the efficient operation and profitability of the business.
Responsibilities
* Preparation of management accounts and analyze variances.
* Ensure Income statement is accurate
* Managerial involvement in the preparation and delivery of annual operating budgets and quarterly forecasts for the property and provides analytical support during budget reviews to identify cost saving and productivity opportunities.
* Support the process of cash flow forecasting and input on specific delivery points to ensure healthy liquidity position at all times.
* Put in place appropriate controls to manage business risks.
