The ideal candidate:
This job is an opportunity to grow with a forward thinking and very ambitious company, because of this they will require you to have experience in managing an Ofsted rated children's home. Your expertise should come with a professional qualification: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent. Enthusiastic, resilient, and good with people, you'll have the judgement to make key decisions and will be able to inspire, develop and grow exceptional teams and the leaders of tomorrow. A full UK driving licence is a must for this role. The level of care provided must be of the highest quality, that's what drives us. Through our inspirational homes and ethos, we are striving to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Job description:
As a Registered Manager for one of their children's homes, you'll create a setting where each child can thrive and reach their full potential. You'll make sure children feel happy, safe, motivated and will also keep your home's standards high. Managing day-to-day operations, you'll take ownership of Ofsted statutory requirements, as well as playing an active part with the commercial team. Your input will help the children's home run within budget, in turn enabling future investment.
