Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience working with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Ability to work in 3-hour blocks with students 1:1
- Flexibility to work with students in their homes or neutral settings like community libraries
- Commitment to provided timetable for consistency in student support
- Excellent communication skills with students and the organization
- Specialisms in core subjects for both Primary and Secondary levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with students in 1:1 settings to support their learning and development
- Providing tailored support to ensure students can access the curriculum effectively
- Delivering sessions in blocks ranging from 4 weeks to termly, based on student needs
- Ensuring students work no more than 15 hours per week for optimal learning
- Offering flexibility in working hours to accommodate shorter days
