Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Steel Erector with experience and expertise in steel erection, who holds both a blue CSCS card and an NYQ Level 2 qualification. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our projects, ensuring the safe and efficient installation of steel structures.
Responsibilities:
- Erect steel structures according to engineering drawings and project specifications.
- Safely operate equipment and tools necessary for steel erection tasks.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals within deadlines.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Steel Erector, with expertise in steel structure installation.
- Hold a valid blue CSCS card and an NYQ Level 2 qualification.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
