        Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse with experience with Adults Mental Health and care coordination? Can you manage a caseload of service users with moderate to severe mental health needs? If so then this could be the ideal role for you!We are looking for a Senior Nurse Practitioner to support the Adult Recovery Services in the Locality teams in Knowsley, based at Whiston Primary Care Resource Centre. The successful candidate would ideally have community experience and would be confident working autonomously and building engaging working relationships with their service users. They would work collaboratively with other teams and services within the trust and assist the service user with living their life to the fullest.The working pattern is primarily Monday - Friday, office horse, however some flexibility may be needed where necessary. A clean driving licence and own transport is essential.
