I joined Randstad UK&I in 1997 before taking the helm as UK Group CEO in 2021 following five years as MD of the company's Public Services division. In that time I have powered continued growth and success, motivating the people I lead to be courageous and innovative, while carefully balancing commercial performance with technology and the power of the human touch.
David Bruce, Chief Financial Officer
I lead a number of finance teams in the organisation, including management accounting, commercial finance as well as procurement and payroll. Finance is at the heart of our business and my team takes on a pivotal role in exciting transformation projects as we support Randstad in its journey to becoming world class.

My innovative IT team plays a pivotal part in keeping the business running and ensures that we have the tools we need to be the world’s leading recruiter. We are responsible for end-to-end business transformation and are pivotal to driving growth, efficiency, optimisation and engagement through our people, process and products.

My team is one of the most dynamic and passionate in the industry, and we place the customer at the heart of everything we do. I have operated in the recruitment sector for over 25 years now and nothing rivals the dynamic fast paced environment and excitement of understanding and working with our client’s to support in achieving these objectives. In an ever changing economic environment it is critical for Randstad Inhouse to be the market leader and relevant to be able to pivot to adapt to trends and environments.
