We deliver high quality award winning catering services to over one million patients a year. We provide tailored inpatient menus alongside hospital restaurants and cafes, working alongside clinical teams to ensure patients’ needs are met and promote healthy eating.

Our logistics service supports key clinical services in and beyond east Kent, transporting blood samples and supplies around the county and NHS system every day.

We support the on-going maintenance of a large variety of estate, from buildings and boiler rooms to pathways and gardens, keeping patient and staff environments safe. We also deliver capital projects (£120m in the last 5 years), project management and estates planning solutions.

We are responsible for the ordering and delivery of goods, equipment and services from our selected suppliers.  Our objective is to achieve value for money for our customers, by aggregating product volumes, standardising goods and services and sourcing supply through contracts. We work with our customers to facilitate improvement and changes in purchasing.

We handle over 14000 calls a week from a central hub, using innovative technology to support the hospitals’ 24/7 operation.
