Supporting children’s development is an introductory course for anyone who is interested in children’s development, especially support staff in schools, such as teaching assistants. Mind Your Words: children and young people’s mental health
(RCSLT) 15 modules, of which the first five apply to all settings - 10 to 20 minutes per module, cost free
Designed for professionals working with children and young people. The tool aims to improve understanding of children and young people who have both mental health needs (or social emotional and mental health needs – SEMH) and speech, language and communication needs (SLCN).
