Early Years Coordinators have the overall responsibility for the welfare of the early years age group ‘Playtime’, they have a small team of staff to deliver outstanding activities to the children in line with the EYFS and manage the children outside activity times. This role is a parent facing role as the Early Years Coordinator will sign the children in and out each day.

You must hold a level 2 qualification in childcare and be an excellent communicator with lots of energy and enthusiasm.

Our Early Years Managers are responsible for assisting the Camp Director in delivering an 'outstanding' early years programme to the 3 and 4 year olds in our care. You will be fully involved in planning and delivering a fantastic programme that falls in line with Ofsted's Early Years Foundation Stage.

You will be responsible for overseeing a small team of staff that will help execute the programme and be there to ensure the needs of all the children are met. Our Early Years Managers will represent the Camp during Ofsted inspections as the manager of the early year’s provision. This role is perfect for teachers or nursery managers and you'll need at least a level 3 childcare qualification.

As the Deputy Camp Manager you will be supporting the Camp Manager in the day to day management of the camp. You will be responsible for tasks like timetabling, assisting staff, management and customer service. The needs of the children and the parents are the focus of our camps, so it is important that they are priority in all camp tasks.
