Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. Your participation in this Rossie Young Peoples Trust or St Marys Kenmure staff retention (“Incentive”) shall be considered your acceptance of the Terms

 

1. What do I need to do? 

1.1 The details of the Incentive are available at Randstad.co.uk.  and the Incentive is promoted by Randstad UK Holding Limited (“Randstad”) of 450 Capability Green, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU1 3LU. There is no cost to enter the Incentive.

1.2 To enter the Incentive your consultant will collate your personal details. All entrants will be collated in a Google sheet with the participants’ email addresses.

1.3 You must be working at either Rossie Young Peoples Trust or St Marys Kenmure via Randstad between 24th April 2023 and 24 September 2023 in order to be eligible to receive a voucher (“Prize”)

2. When can I enter?

2.1 The Incentive starts on 24th April 2023 and ends 24 September 2023 11.59pm.

2.2  The participants that are eligible for the Prize will be verified by their Randstad consultant. All entries must be made using a valid email address.

2.2 Once the participant has worked for 390 hours over a maximum of 13 weeks at Rossie Young Peoples Trust or St Marys Kenmure, they will be eligible to receive the Prize.

2.3 Randstad is unable to accept any responsibility for entries that are damaged, incomplete, corrupted, or not received by Randstad

3. Who is eligible?

3.1 The Incentive is open to residents of mainland UK and Northern Ireland who are aged 18 or over at the point working in Rossie Young Peoples Trust or St Marys Kenmure between 24th April 2023 and ends 24 September 2023 11.59pm. 

3.2 Participants must be fully registered and working through Randstad at Rossie Young Peoples Trust or St Marys Kenmure, you will only be eligible for the ‘Prize’ if you complete 390 hours within a 13 week period. Maximum of 1 ‘Prize’ per participants

3.3 Persons under 18; persons residing other than in the UK and Northern Ireland; and employees of Randstad or companies within the Randstad Group and their immediate family members are not eligible for the Prize

4. What is the Prize?

The Prize is a £300 love2shop voucher.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize is not transferable, and no cash alternative is available. 

In the event that any Prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the control of Randstad, a reasonable alternative will be provided.

Only hours worked at Rossie Young Peoples Trust or St Marys Kenmure will count towards the 390 hours. If working in both mentioned clients the hours will be counted separately.

5. How will I know if I am eligible for the Prize?

5.1 Once you have been placed on a temporary assignment and you have completed a minimum of 390 hours within a 13 week period of that assignment, you will be notified by email (provided by you at registration) that you are eligible for the Prize. 

5.2 You must contact your consultant within 48 hours of receiving such notification. When contacting Randstad, you must confirm that you meet all of the eligibility criteria in accordance with Clause 3 of these Terms. 

5.3 Any decision made by Randstad in relation to selecting the Incentive or Terms is final

6. How will we use your data?

6.1 If you enter the Incentive your full name, place of residence and contact details will be held by Randstad for at least 60 days after the closing date of the Incentive.

6.2 Randstad will share the personal data that you provide to us in the course of entering the Incentive for the purposes of administration and sales and marketing of similar services and incentives. Your personal data may be shared with other group companies within Randstad. We will not sell any personal data to third parties.

7. Governing law and Jurisdiction

7.1 The application and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
