Job Title: Labourer

Company Overview: A reputable construction company based in Canterbury is seeking a Labourer to assist with various tasks on our construction site. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our team in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general site clean-up and debris removal.
- Support tradesmen and operators as required.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on site.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card is essential.
- Own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety boots, hard hat, and high visibility vest.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
