* Project Manager needed for a Healthcare Centre Fit Out in South West London *
Role: Project Manager to run a 6m fit out of a medical centre. The Project Manager will need a strong knowledge and understanding of programmes, reports and drawings.
Location: South West London
Rate / Salary: £350- £400 a day
Duties may include:
- Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
- Producing and managing project plans
- Overseeing managing and reporting project progress
- Tracking and documenting changes
- Preparing written project communication materials
- Liaising with the client, contractors, and designers
- Implementation and compliance with all statutory and company procedures.
- Financial management and reporting including Profit & Loss
Candidate Requirements:
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets
- Must have experience working on healthcare fit out projects.
- M&E experience desired but not essential.
- A good work ethic and strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to hit the ground running!
