Requirements
- GCSE Maths & English or equivalent
- Minimum 12 months relevant office based Reception experience
- Proficient data entry skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients & service users
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Ability to multitask, manage varying business projects and department goals
- Strong organisational & time management skills
Responsibilities
- Switchboard duties, receiving & transferring volume call enquiries
- Reception, front of house, greeting clients & visitors on arrival offering a professional and supportive experience
- Handling and processing of all incoming mail, stock and parcel deliveries for all tenants and clients
- Arranging meeting room hire as per client requests and arranging catering if required
- Marketing and promotion, Facebook posts and social media updates
- Management of office supplies and franking machine
- Secretarial support to senior management team
- Programme Administration
