Position: Recruitment Fulfilment Consultant
Location: Belfast
Salary: £24000k - 25000k depending on experience + Commission + Company benefits

What you'll be responsible for in this role:
- Supporting the team in the fulfilment of Temporary positions within the Health care field
- Managing your own candidate base
- Attraction, retention and management of applicants
- Maximising the return on clients who are already working with us
- Growing your client contact base, maximising relationships with existing contacts
- Account maximisation & successfully converting new business
- Working towards reaching financial targets & KPIs
- Providing a positive working environment with a winning attitude
- Assisting in full candidate compliance, referencing, training and assignment management
- All aspects of candidate and client administration
To be successful in this position you will:
- Previous experience within recruitment preferred although not essential
- Resourcing, health care, administration, sales or customer service sector desirable
- Have an efficient yet diligent approach to tasks with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate your ability to hit and exceed targets
- Display a consultative, professional, business partnering approach
- Have excellent communication and capability of dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- Possess strong rapport building skills
