      Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can work with a team that immediately supports students at university with their well-being and mental health? Randstad Student Support is recruiting for a Residential Life Adviser, to provide on site well-being and mental health support to students across university residences in the Bristol city centre. You'll be working in partnership with academic and professional services colleagues. Key responsibilities include- Working with a team to deliver well-being support to students in residences that study at a University in the Bristol area- Managing complex student cases- Able to commit to shift work, either: 35 Hours per week, 4 week shift pattern (11:30 - 19:30 16:00 - 00.00 00.00 - 08:00 OR 16:00 - 00-00) OR Weekend Part Time 22 Hours Per Week Alternating shift rotation 19:30 - 07:30 Saturday & Sunday Week 1. Followed by 07:30 - 19:30 Saturday & Sunday Week 2 Benefits:- An immediate start date, finishing on 24th December 2021. Possibility to extend pending circumstances- Hourly rate of pay is £16.76 - £19.44 per hour- Holiday pay accrual - 28 days pro rata Essential skills and experience - Must have a background in well-being / mental health or social services- Must be able to cope in a crisis- Have outstanding organisational / communication skills- Some experience of working with young people experiencing well-being issues including mental health difficulties is desirable- Highly motivated and well-organised- An understanding of and empathy with the needs of disabled students- Must be local to Bristol city centre due to on site working (100% onsite working, covering various halls of residence) If you feel this is an opportunity for you and have the desire to make a real difference, then apply online today.
