Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning styles.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic and personal growth.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall improvement of teaching and learning within the school.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A degree in the relevant subject area or education.
Proven experience teaching at the secondary school level.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
