Sander van’t Noordende

Sander van’t Noordende is Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Executive Board at Randstad, a role he has held since 2022. Previously serving as a member of the Randstad Supervisory Board, he is a passionate advocate for workplace equity, with an aim to make Randstad ‘the world's most equitable talent organisation’.

Prior to this, Sander spent the majority of his career at Accenture, fulfilling a number of executive roles, including Group Chief Executive of the Products Operating Group with a strong focus on client and industry development and strong growth in digital services.

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, specialising in Finance and Marketing, from the Eindhoven University of Technology, and is a non-executive director of AECOM.

Victoria Short

Victoria Short is the Chief Executive Officer of Randstad UK&I. She joined the organisation in 1997 before taking the helm as UK and Ireland Group CEO in 2021, after five years as MD of the company’s Public Services division. In that time she has powered continued growth and success, motivating people to be courageous and innovative, while carefully balancing commercial performance with technology and the power of the human touch.

Victoria is an authentic advocate for equity and diversity, and is a well-respected public, media and guest speaker on equity in the workplace. She leads our RUK&I company in our aim to be a true ‘partner for talent’ and ‘partner to our clients’ in the world of work.

Simon French

Simon French is the Chief Economist and Head of Research at the UK investment bank, Panmure Liberum. He is the top-ranked economist in the latest Institutional Investor/Extel survey, writes a column for The Times, and is a regular guest host on BBC TV and radio, CNBC and Bloomberg.

Prior to joining Panmure Liberum, Simon was a Senior Civil Servant in the Cabinet Office.

He holds degrees in Economics and Finance from Durham University and is a member of both the Government Economic Service and the Society of Professional Economists.
