1. The prize draw is open to all schools in the United Kingdom who indicate their interest to take part in the Randstad incentive. You will indicate your interest by providing your details on https://www.randstad.co.uk/september-offer/ ;
2. For each vacancy that you register with a September/Autumn term start date, you will be entered into the prize draw.
3. All entries must be submitted through https://www.randstad.co.uk/september-offer/
4. You have to fill out the online form between 7 July 2022 and 31 August 2022 for you to be eligible to enter the prize draw. Any submissions outside of this period will not be valid.
5. Randstad accepts no responsibility for submissions not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure.
6. Three winners ("The Winners") will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process after 31 August 2022 ("Draw Date").
7. The prize will comprise:
First prize: £300 voucher to be used for the benefit of the school
Second prize: £200 voucher to be used for the benefit of the school
Third prize: £100 voucher to be used for the benefit of the school
8. The Winners will be notified by email or telephone (using the details provided at entry) before 30 September 2022. If a winner does not respond to Randstad within 14 days of being notified by Randstad, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Randstad will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
9. The prize will be sent to the Winners within 28 days of being notified of their win.
10. The prizes for the Winners are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. Randstad reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Randstad’s control makes it necessary to do so.
12. The decision of Randstad regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
13. Randstad must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. Randstad will publish the details of the Winners on https://www.randstad.co.uk/september-offer/ for a period of 30 days after the closing date stated in condition 4.
14. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Randstad reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
15. Randstad reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the incentive where it becomes necessary to do so.
16. Insofar as is permitted by law, Randstad, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Randstad, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
18. The promoter of this prize draw is Randstad Public Services Limited (“Randstad”) of 450 Capability Green Luton, Bedfordshire, LU1 3LU.
