By entering the prize draw (“Competition”), you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

How do I enter? 

This Competition is available for participation by anyone over the age of 18, who shares a direct link to the competition page on either Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn using #BestInClassComp.  

There is no cost to register or enter the Competition. The Competition is promoted by Randstad Public Services Limited of 450 Capability Green, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU1 3LU.

You agree that if you are a winner, you will take part in and co-operate fully with reasonable publicity and to the use of your name, photograph and any comments in such publicity without any fee being payable.  Randstad will announce the five Winners across Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn and mention the Winners’ social media handles.

Randstad is unable to accept any responsibility for entries that are either corrupted or not received by Randstad.  

When and who can enter? 

The Competition starts at 10:00 on Friday 27th September 2019 and finishes at 17:00 on Thursday 31st October 2019. 

The Competition may be available after the closing date but no entries received after the closing date will be valid for the prize (as defined below). 

The prize draw is open to all individuals in England that have received this.

What is the prize? 

The prize consists of a £30 Paperchase voucher. Five vouchers will be awarded to five Winners over the competition period. One winner will be selected each week for five weeks, with two being announced on one week, starting from the 4th October 2019.  

In the event that any prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the control of Randstad, a reasonable alternative will be provided. 

How will I know if I have won? The Winners will be selected by an independently verified computer system. The Winners will be notified on Randstad’s social media feed.

When contacting Randstad, the Winners must confirm that they meet all of the eligibility requirements for the prize to which they are entitled. 

If a Winner fails to respond to the email within seven days, the Winner will forfeit their prize and Randstad will award the prize to another participant that has been selected using the independently verified computer system.

How your data will be used?

The Twitter handles, facebook name, or LinkedIn name of each of the five Winners will be held by Randstad for ten days after the closing date of the Competition.

Personal data entered in the form, such as name, email address and school will not be sold to third parties however it will be shared with Randstad’s supporting agency, or companies within the same Group as Randstad for the purposes mentioned above.

Governing law and Jurisdiction

The application and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
