By entering the “Competition”, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
How do I enter?

There is no cost to register or enter the Competition. The Competition is promoted by Randstad Construction, Property and Engineering Limited of 450 Capability Green, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU1 3LU.
Randstad is unable to accept any responsibility for entries that are incomplete, corrupted, or not received by Randstad.
When and who can enter?
The prize draw will open on the 2nd November 2020 and will be closed on the 16th November 2020.
The competition is open to all recipients in England and Wales.
The Competition may be available after the closing date but no entries received after the closing date will be valid for the prize (as defined below).
What is the prize?
There is a chance for one entry to win £200 love to shop vouchers.
How will I know if I have won?
All entries will be added into a random anonymous generator and a random name will be chosen. The chosen person will be notified by email. If the respondent does not reply within 7 days, a second name will be drawn.
How will data be used?
The data shared via the submission will be held for administration, sales and marketing purposes as per Randstad’s privacy policy and will be held no longer than 3 years unless you are placed by Randstad. https://www.randstad.co.uk/privacy-notice/.
Randstad will share the personal data provided to them in the course of entering the Competition for the purposes of administration, sales and marketing.
Personal data will not be sold to third parties however it will be shared with Randstad’s supporting agency, or companies within the same Group as Randstad for the purposes mentioned above.
Governing law and Jurisdiction
The application and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
