Findings from the ONS suggest that about 40% of Brits are able to work from home, and following on from the imposed restrictions which helped form new ways of working, the nation has grown to expect it.

Randstad’s latest Workmonitor research revealed that 72% think flexibility (in terms of workplace location) is of high importance when choosing an employer, and nearly half (44%) wouldn’t even accept a job that doesn’t provide flexibility on their physical working location.

While historically we were led to believe higher salaries could only be earned in cities, thanks to technological advancements and flexible working arrangements offered by most employers, it is now much easier to earn a high salary from the comfort of your home.
