To work closely and collaboratively with our Academies and other partners to ensure that we offer a strong caring ethos and a clear moral purpose. We encourage all our Academies to see themselves as part of a family with a shared vision, identity and purpose whilst maintaining their individuality.

Our Trust works collaboratively with our Headteachers and Senior Leadership Teams, empowering them to put in place the strategies that will deliver the best outcomes for their Academy. We work with partners across the sector to seek out, develop, implement and share best practice though a strong collaborative network of professionals.
