The Referral Scheme is organised by Randstad UK Holding Limited, with the registered address at 450 Capability Green, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU1 3LU (“Randstad”) and may be offered by any business line of Randstad. By taking part in this Referral Scheme you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. You acknowledge that the Terms can be modified at any time and the Referral Scheme can be withdrawn without notice. Any amendments or new terms and conditions shall be available on Randstad’s website.

Definitions:

“Minimum Term” shall mean the time worked by the Referred Candidate in Placement.

“Placement” - shall mean the engagement of the Referred Candidate by Randstad’s client either in a permanent role or via Randstad as a temporary worker and “Place” or “Placed” shall be construed accordingly

“Referral” - submission of the Referred Candidate’s details to Randstad by the Referrer via the referral form on Randstad’s website.

“Referred Candidate” shall mean the person who has been referred to Randstad by a Referrer in accordance with these Terms and shall exclude anyone already registered with, engaged and/or employed by Randstad and/or anyone on assignment with Randstad’s existing clients.

“Referrer” shall mean a person who refers to Randstad a candidate for a temporary or permanent role in accordance with these Terms. The Referrer shall be aged 18 and over and a resident in the United Kingdom or a resident in Australia and New Zealand (for Randstad CPE Limited Referrers only)or in any other country as applicable for Teachanywhere Referrers. Referees cannot be a Randstad Employee, a family member of a Randstad Employee (including but not limited to siblings, parents, cousins, aunts and uncles), or a company, agency or supplier who is in a business relationship with Randstad.

“Randstad’s Employee”  shall mean anyone who is a corporate employee of Randstad on a contract of employment.   

Before you enter:

The Referrer confirms that prior to submitting contact details of the Referred Candidate to Randstad, the Referrer has obtained the consent of the Referred Candidate for Randstad to:-

a) contact the Referred Candidate; and

b) retain their details for the purposes of providing work-finding services for them.

The Referrer further warrants and confirms that by submitting details of the Referred Candidate the Referrer (or any third party) is not in breach of any duty owed to any other person or organisation.

If a referrer is able to make five Referrals that meet the eligibility criteria within consecutive six months they shall receive an additional reward of a gift card worth £200.

General

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties. In the event of conflict between the marketing materials and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail
  • This Referral Scheme shall replace any previous referral schemes that have been promoted by Randstad
  • There is no cash alternative for the Reward in whole or in part
  • Any decision made by Randstad in relation to the Referral Scheme, these Terms or any previous scheme is final
